Buckingham Palace are keeping the findings of their Meghan Markle bullying investigation a secret, reports have suggested.The private investigation looking into allegations against the Duchess of Sussex has concluded, but focused more on how staff handled the complaints, rather than scrutinising details of the allegations themselves – which Meghan Markle, 40, has always denied. It has been confirmed that HR policies have now been improved as a result, but the palace is refusing to make the details of the changes, or the findings themselves, public.
A senior palace source told Sky News: "Because of the confidentiality of the discussions we have not communicated the detailed recommendations.The recommendations have been incorporated within policies and procedures wherever appropriate and policies and procedures have changed. "So all members of staff, all members of the royal family will be aware of what the policies and procedures are, the revised policies and procedures." The investigation was launched in March 2021 after it was alleged that Meghan drove out two personal assistants and that staff were "humiliated" on several occasions.The Duchess' lawyers denied the allegations at the time, while current and former staff were expected to be invited to speak about their experiences of working for Meghan.
