Mark Wright was concerned he’d cheated on wife Michelle Keegan with a ghost, after he spent a night at a haunted house. The presenter, 36, got the chills when he stayed at Chillingham Castle in Northumberland for his new BBC show A Wright Family Holiday, spending a night in the 800-year old castle with his dad Mark Senior and his brother Josh. Mark Junior reportedly went to bed wearing underwear but woke up completely naked, leaving him jokingly wondering if something had happened with a ghost in the night.
In the upcoming episode, he wonders: "Do you think it would be classed as cheating… having a little slap and tickle with a ghost? I didn’t see one… unless I slept through it." During filming, he said: "It’s a beautiful place, but I’m scared of ghosts. I’d prefer not to meet them." It’s not his first TV encounter with a ghost, however, as Mark also made an appearance on an episode of ITV2's Ghosthunting in 2011.The Wright family have been on quite the adventure for their latest reality show, which sees the three men head off on a road trip across the UK as they bond with each other and open up on their family relationship.
Appearing on This Morning to discuss the show alongside his dad and brother, Mark said: "I don't think we realised individually how much we had to get off our chests. "We're never really together just us three, normally our wives are there, so we don't really get to talk.
"I think we all came out with stuff that we needed to. Men need to talk, women need to talk, everyone needs to talk and we really aired things.
