Manchester United supporter group The 1958 have vowed to continue to protest against the Glazers for as long they own shares at Old Trafford following news of Sir Jim Ratcliffe's desire to buy a minority stake at the club.
It emerged at the weekend that Sheikh Jassim Bin Hamad Al Thani had withdrawn his offer to buy United due to the Glazers' outlandish valuation and that development paved the way for Ratcliffe to advance in takeover talks.
Sheikh Jassim and Ratcliffe endured multiple rounds of bidding, but the British billionaire is now the only prospective buyer still at the table and he's closing in on a deal for 25 per cent of shares for around £1.3 billion.

The Glazer siblings currently own 69 per cent of the club and the remaining shares are owned by New York Stock Exchange investors.
Ratcliffe's new offer is for a minority stake, but the INEOS founder is willing to pay an inflated price over assurances he will have control over particular aspects, like the footballing operation and first-team recruitment.
The Glazers would still retain a majority stake should Ratcliffe's offer be accepted and that's why The 1958 supporter group have outlined their intention to continue to protest in a fresh statement on Sunday night.
The statement read: "As we have said before “FULL SALE ONLY” is what we stand for. The full removal of the Glazers 69% shareholding. We will continue to protest until this vile family are removed from every fabric of our football club.
