A man has pleaded guilty to exposing himself TWICE in Bolton town centre. Police detained Ion Tranca, 28, on Monday morning (August 15) following reports of two incidents of indecent exposure in the town.
Tranca, of South Street, Bolton was charged today (Tuesday) and appeared in Wigan and Leigh Magistrates court where he pleaded guilty to the offences. He is due to be sentenced on September 14.
One of the victims reported the incident to police and continue to support the investigation. However after further CCTV footage was reviewed, it was established that there was a second victim who remains unknown at this time.

The news was shared to Greater Manchester Police's Bolton Facebook page on Tuesday. If anyone witnesses a crime of this nature they are being urged to contact the force.
The announcement read: "Bolton Police charge man who exposed himself in Bolton Town Centre. On Monday morning Bolton Police detained a 28-year-old-man in connection with two incidents of indecent exposure in Bolton Town Centre.
"Ion Tranca (DOB: 08/07/1994) of South Street, Bolton was charged today (16/08/2022) and remanded in custody.
"The charge follows one of the victims reporting the incident to police and supporting the investigation. Officers reviewed CCTV and established that there was a second victim who remains unknown at this time.
"Tranca appeared in Wigan and Leigh magistrates this morning (16/08/2022) where he pleaded guilty and will be sentenced on 14/09/2022. Greater Manchester Police takes reports of these incidents very seriously. If you witness a crime of this nature, please report it to us."
