A man has gone on trial accused of 'enlisting' a gunman who shot dead a man amid an alleged 'row about trainers'. Emmanuel Onasanya, 33, admits he drove to the scene, but a jury heard he says he had 'no idea' the shooter had a gun.
Zikel Bobmanuel, 31, was killed in when the gunman, Rumaal Ingram, opened fire on Welland Street in Openshaw, east Manchester, on March 25 last year, a jury was told.

"It was he who pulled the trigger. It was he that fired the gun," the barrister told the jurors, adding that there was 'no suggestion' the defendant, Mr Onasanya, had or fired a weapon.
The 'confrontation' in the street followed a 'dispute over training shoes,' said the prosecutor. The jurors were told Mr Onasanya had cleaned training shoes belonging to Mr Bobmanuel. The defendant 'enlisted the help
