Pep Guardiola has a Man City 'luxury' in being able to substitute key players without a significant dip in quality.
The Manchester City boss made two changes at half-time in his side's win over Leicester City on Saturday, removing Erling Haaland and John Stones with the Blues 3-0 up and cruising. They eventually won 3-1.
Stones had scored the opener with a wonderful volley before Haaland made it two from the spot inside 13 minutes. The Norwegian made it three shortly after, latching onto a perfectly-weighted through ball from Kevin De Bruyne before dinking over Daniel Iversen.

With a crucial Champions League quarter-final second leg at Bayern Munich to come on Wednesday - City are currently 3-0 up but know the tie is not over - Guardiola took the chance to remove the pair, introducing Manuel Akanji and Julian Alvarez.
"He can make changes now, Pep, and the capabilities of the players he can bring on," Sky Sports pundit Jamie Redknapp said. "He’s resting Haaland, resting Stones, for what is going to be a big night in the Champions League. You’re bringing on a World Cup winner, the changes that Man City can make, the luxury they have, is just incredible."
Rodri, De Bruyne and Jack Grealish were removed after the break, with Guardiola looking to Wednesday's trip to Germany.
