Continuing on their quest for European silverware, Manchester United host Sevilla on Thursday in the first leg of their quarter-final tie.
The Spanish outfit have struggled for consistency this season, sitting only five points above the relegation zone in La Liga. After finishing third in their Champions League group, Sevilla have since progressed in the Europa League, beating PSV Eindhoven and Fenerbahçe in the process.
Despite poor form, Sevilla still have plenty of experience and quality in their side. The Spanish side also consistently excel in the Europa League, lifting the trophy four times since 2014. The 31-year-old was solid in goal, and also showed his worth last month in a home win versus Almeria. The Serbian keeper came on for Bounou in the first half after an injury, making two crucial and impressive saves in the second half.
Despite the Moroccan’s return to fitness, Dmitrovic may still be the preferred option, keeping 10 clean sheets in 15 games across all competitions this season.
Attack-wise, Sevilla also pose a threat in the form of striker Youssef En-Nesyri. After a poor start to the season the Moroccan international has since netted six goals in his last nine appearances. The 25-year-old scored an impressive solo goal against Osasuna in late February and a tidy finish
