Manchester City players will be parading through the city centre this afternoon to mark their historic Premier League win at the weekend.
The football club claimed their fourth Premier League title victory in five seasons yesterday (May 22) in dramatic style at the Etihad Stadium coming from 2-0 down to Aston Villa with 20 minutes left to score three times in five minutes.
To celebrate the win, an open-top bus parade featuring City players will go through the city centre this afternoon. As a result, a number of bus and tram routes will be diverted to allow the parade to pass through.

The parade will kick off from 6pm at the National Football Museum, before taking a 1.5km route through the city centre and ending at a live stage setup outside the Hilton Hotel. Players will be presented on stage at the end of the parade route from 7pm.
