Police enquiries are ongoing following the assault of an 82-year-old man in Salford on Thursday (May 27).
Officers were called to Amos Street, off Langworthy Road, at around 8am on Thursday morning following reports of 'a concern for welfare'.
Police then arrested a man in connection with the incident, but he has since been released on bail.
