Maghan Markle and Prince Harry name date when they officially cut ties with Queen

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are currently in the United Kingdom to carry out their final engagements as working royals. Over the weekend, Queen Elizabeth took advantage of the couple's proximity and personally invited them to attend church with her.

We're closing in on the end of an era for Britain's royal family. Meghan Markle, , , and stepped out together one last time before Meghan and Harry .The Cambridges and the Sussexes joined Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles, and Duchess Camilla at Westminster Abbey on March 9 for Commonwealth Day services before Meghan and Harry start the new chapter of their lives in North America.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle joined the Queen for a church service, marking the first public reunion after the Megxit announcement. In January 2020, the couple announced that they are stepping down as senior members of the royal family, following which Meghan moved to Canada to be with her son.

Prince Harry had the opportunity to sit down with his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, for a reported four-hour fireside chat about his family’s impending next chapter.

ET has learned that 9-month-old Archie is expected to remain in Canada while his parents fulfill their last duties as senior members of the royal family.

In early February it was formally announced that Peter Phillips, the Queen’s grandson, had separated from his wife, Autumn Phillips.The pair had been married for some 12 years. Autumn had wanted to return to her native Canada after the divorce but – according to reports – Peter’s sister Zara Tindall talked Autumn into staying in the UK.
