Married At First Sight star Adrienne Naylor has shared her impressive body transformation in new photos, after revealing she's shed an impressive eight stone. The 27 year old, who stars in the 2023 series of MAFS UK on E4, has documented her lifestyle overhaul on Instagram with several before and after photos to showcase the contrast in her body. In November 2022, Adrienne revealed she'd finally hit a total loss of eight stone and described the achievement as an "overwhelming feeling" in a candid post.
"Wow, I would be lying if I said I wasn't emotional with this one today," she penned alongside photos of her body. She continued: "A massive overwhelming feeling and reflection on the girl I used to be. Not just physically but mentally.
The journey I've come on to get to this point has been phenomenal." Adrienne opened up about her transformation on MAFS to her husband Matt Pilmoor, as she spoke about the "insecurities" she had overcome during their honeymoon.
She explained that she'd "come such a long way" as she showed Matt a photograph of herself before her weight loss. Adrienne said: "I have never been naturally slim; I have to work really hard for it. I have lost a lot of weight.
I have lost 8 stone. It was affecting me in all areas of my life, whether that was personally, dating. "Obviously, I have come such a long way, I have told you that I have lost eight stone, and you don't know me beforehand, and I think that I would like to show you what I looked like.
It's a big change." She added: "It is hard to visualise what eight stone is until you see it," as she showed Matt photographs of her body. Adrienne and Matt joined MAFS midway through the series, but there romance didn't get off to the best start. Just a couple
