The tension between Maeva D'Ascanio and Olivia "Liv" Bentley amped up a notch in the latest episode of Made in Chelsea. The rivals' respective other halves, James Taylor and Tristan Phipps, fell out during the previous season of the hit reality show, however, recent episodes have seen them trying to rebuild their friendship. The only thing that is now coming between their friendship reconciliation is their girlfriends not seeing eye to eye. James decided to address the situation with Maeva in Monday night's episode as he encouraged her to at least have a conversation with Liv.
But Maeva told her fiancé James: "You want to be friends with him. I'm just not going to say anything. I'm just going to watch you.
He responded: "For us to socialise together, you and Liv need to have a conversation and to get on because Tristan and I like each other." Maeva was not keen though, as she said: "No, I mean, I'm not planning to solve anything right now. Don't expect us to be friends. Because I don't want to be friends with her." "Not yet, but that needs to happen,: James said.
"You need to have that conversation with her, I think. You don't have to, you're your own woman, go do your thing." Giving her point of view, Maeva explained: The thing is, what am I actually going to say to this girl? And what does she actually think about me? She probably hates me as well." James kept urging her to speak to Liv, noting: "You're just having a conversation, there's no nastiness." Meanwhile, on a more positive note, the 30 year old French stunner is in the process of planning her wedding. She got engaged to James, 27, in April last year, when he got down on one knee during a romantic break away in Rome.
