Machine Gun Kelly punched a fan in the face at a recent show, and we’re having a hard time wrapping our mind around the reason why.
The 33-year-old “bloody valentine” hitmaker went viral earlier this week after footage emerged of him hitting a fan while performing at a music festival in Belgium.

In the video, which has gone viral on Twitter, MGK is seen interacting with a fan who was holding up a sign reading “I just came from Mexico for you to punch me.” Yes, the fan wanted to be punched by the musician.
MGK initially appeared hesitant to take him up on the offer.
“Why do you want me to punch you in the face so bad,” he asked, adding, “I got rings on, dude. That s-it’s gonna hurt.” After describing it as “a lose/lose for me,” he promised to think about the request.
Clearly, he was feeling generous. MGK fulfilled the fans dream, punching him in the cheek before shouting “I love you.”
This is just one of so many odd and sometimes violent fan incidents that have taken place during concerts this year.
