Marks and Spencer customers are going wild for a £16 pair of leggings which have been dubbed "perfect" for autumn as the summer months come to an end and the colder weather returns.
Fashion fans say that the budget M&S Collection fleece-lined leggings are great for wearing in the house instead of turning on the heating and can be worn alone or under dresses outside thanks to their comfortable insulated fabric that is 'non see-through'.
Marks and Spencer's £16 Heatgen Plus Thermal Brushed Leggings are made from Japanese Heatgen fabric which has a very soft brushed inner layer that is designed to keep you warm and comfortable on colder days.
The leggings tick all the boxes as they are stretchy for flexible movement and have a lightweight design to them. They are available to buy in sizes 6 to 28 and come in three colours - black, cream and navy, the Manchester Evening News reports.
For those looking for a full outfit , there's a matching Long Sleeve Top and Turtleneck Top which are both £16 to complete the look. The Heatgen Leggings have an almost-perfect five-star rating from reviewers on the brand's website with shoppers loving how cosy they are as well as their 'stretchy not baggy' fabric.
One shopper wrote: "Great leggings, good coverage, stretchy but not baggy. Warm in cold weather. Highly recommended."
Another reviewer commented: "Great leggings, they are v comfortable and thermal. I have 2 pairs of these." A third happy buyer echoed this: "Lovely and warm leggings. Comfortable and soft. Slightly long".
A fourth Marks and Spencer customer said of the thermal leggings: "I have several pairs of these, I even wear them outside on their own as they are lovely thick material & warm."
