Lucy Spraggan looked completely unrecognisable when she appeared on This Morning on Friday, with the singer looking worlds away from her X Factor days. Lucy, 31, appeared on the ITV daytime show to chat about her new single, Everything Changes, with guest hosts Rylan Clark, 33, and Ruth Langsford, 62.
