Things took a dramatic turn during the pink party in Love Island on Sunday night (11 February) as Eve and Casey were abruptly dumped from the villa. Following a public vote of the least compatible couple, it was confirmed that Eve and Casey had the least votes and would be leaving the villa immediately.
During their exit sit-down chat with host Maya Jama, Casey spoke about their connection and said: "I just didn't have that spark yet and that was it." Eve shared her thoughts and said: "I'm still happy that I picked Casey as I can't see myself with anyone else in there." The two other couples who were at risk of getting dumped on Sunday night were Georgia S and Toby along with Sophie and Josh.
Their sudden dumping comes on the same night that Eve pulled Casey for a chat after she heard from Sophie that he didn't have a "spark". During their chat on the villa terrace, Casey tried to defend himself and said: "I didn't say there wasn't a spark I said the spark wasn't there." But Eve wasn't convinced by their conversation and made the decision to end things between the pair before it went any further.
Just moments later, the pair were dumped from the villa via text. Viewers saw another side to their terrace chat as they questioned why Eve was using it as an "office".
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, one fan wrote: "Eve made that terrace her personal office space buzzing people up to speak to her." A second and agreed: "Does Eve think the terrace is her private office or something? Everyone up there one by one with appointments." "This interview is so awkward", a third penned.
