Love Island newcomer Jack Keating has revealed his incredible body transformation thanks to the help of a personal trainer prior to entering the villa. The 23 year old star, who happens to be the son of pop sensation Ronan Keating, showed off the fruits of his labour as he entered Casa Amor last week.
Showing off a set of lean and toned muscles, Jake attributed his recent gains to his personal trainer, Tom Bliss, who had put the Dublin local through his paces to get in shape for his appearance on the show. Sharing a picture of his bulging biceps, Jack recently wrote on Instagram: “Trained by one of the best @tomblissy.
Ll prep. @loveisland.” Although Jack himself didn’t go into too much detail about the routine that had lead to his new physique, Tom shared a few images and behind the scenes secrets to explain exactly what they’d done to help Jack get into the best shape possible.
Speaking on Instagram, he wrote: “Was an absolute pleasure training the legend @jackkeating11 before he headed off to the Love Island villa! His work ethic each and every session was faultless “We got after it together for 5 solid weeks going through a mini @theultimateyou_ transformation to get in the best shape possible with help of course from @freshfitnessfood.” “More to follow next week on his training style & routine but wishing you all the best in Casa Amor mate!” Alongside the caption, Tom shared a series of images taken by photographer Chris Smith-Langridge (@Roamcapture) that showed Jack working out in a variety of ways, which including bench pressing weight, and lifting kettle bells. Showing off his new physique in the villa, Jack already appears to have earned himself some attention from fans and fellow Islanders alike, as last night
