Love Island's Gemma Owen 'working on myself' five months on from Luca Bish split

Gemma Owen has ruled out any chance of romance, as she gets over her break-up with boyfriend Luca Bish.The couple, who met on Love Island last summer, split up in November following a three month relationship, with Gemma saying it was "what is best for us right now." The 19 year old dressage rider – daughter of former England player Michael Owen – and Luca, 23, came second in the series, behind winners Ekin-Su and Davide Sanclimenti. In October before their split, Gemma opene d up on their relationshi p exclusively to OK!, revealing she was "so happy" with how things were going with Luca, despite it being a long distance relationship. But now Gemma – who's set to launch her latest Pretty Little Thing collection – has confirmed she's still single and not looking for love.
"I am not seeing anyone at the moment. I am just working on myself," she told The Mirror. And she revealed she has no plans to move out of the family home, despite working a lot in London.
"I am happy where I am, I have got quite a few things at home, I have got my horses and I am family orientated," she said. Gemma added: "I have had a few thoughts about potentially getting a base somewhere else, maybe down in London. But I think at the moment I am happy being at home with my family." Earlier this week, Luca returned to social media following a break, sharing a statement on how he felt "overwhelmed" since appearing on the TV dating series.The former fishmonger shared some snaps of his holiday and opened up about his life.
