Love Island's Eve and Jess look unrecognisable in throwback pic before cosmetic work

Love Island All-Star twins Jess and Eve Gale entered the South African villa last week as bombshells and have since caught the eyes of Casey O'Gorman and Callum Jones. However, the 24-year-old siblings haven't always rocked their signature blond locks and enhanced features.
In a throwback snap - which dates back several years - the twins can be seen with stunning red locks and little to no makeup. The sisters have openly admitted having cosmetic work done in the past, which accounts for some of the stark changes in their look.
And in light of the unearthed image, leading London cosmetic surgeon, Mr Alex Karidis commented on the work he believes the girls may have had in the years since their redhead days.
He said: "The two girls are naturally beautiful which you can see in the photos before they went onto Love Island and, given their young age, we at the Karidis Clinic would be careful in endorsing surgical or non-surgical procedures."
"There are certain areas that look to have been enhanced with surgical procedures for both Jessica and Eve. Both of the girls look to have had a breast augmentation to give added volume and the fuller shape."
On Sunday night's episode, Casey and Eve found themselves at the centre of the Villa conversation over the last 24 hours as they continued to explore connections. Following a chat with Casey and Tom, Callum pulls Sophie for a chat to update her on the situation.
