Love Island receives record number of complaints over Faye and Teddy row

ITV boss, Kevin Lygo, has defended the number of Love Island complaints from the 2021 series. The hit ITV2 dating show ended on Monday, where Millie Court and Liam Reardon were crowned the winners, and during the latest season it received nearly 25,000 Ofcom complaints following Faye Winter and Teddy Soares' explosive row.

Eagle eyed fans of Love Island have worked out what Faye Winter whispered to Teddy Soares during the final of the series. As the finalists were lined up to find out who had come in fourth place, Faye, 26, was spotted seeming like she had told Teddy, also 26, off as he waved excitedly to the cameras.

On Sunday night, the four Islanders, as well as Mary Bedford and Aaron Simpson, and Priya Gopaldas and Brett Staniland, were all voted "least compatible" by their fellow Islanders.
