Michael Owen has managed to avoid meeting his reality star daughter Gemma's boyfriend Luca Bish by jetting off on holiday.The 42 year old former professional footballer, who had only just reunited with his daughter following her time in the Love Island villa, took to his Instagram feed to announce he had flown off to hotter climates. Sharing a snap of himself dressed in a black T-shirt with his arms folded as he sat in a restaurant, he simply told his 427,000 followers he was out catching "a few days of sun," with a sunglasses emoji.

The Love Island 2022 finalists have arrived back in the UK from Mallorca where they were greeted to an emotional reunion with family and friends. The reunion follows a dramatic final which was broadcast live from the Love Island villa on Monday 1 August. Ekin-Su and Davide were crowned the winners of the series, followed by Gemma and Luca in third place, Dami and Indiyah in second place and Tasha and Andrew in fourth.
Arriving back on UK soil at Stansted Airport, winning couple Ekin-Su and Davide looked more loved up than ever as they held hands when walking through the gate. Dressed in casual attire, the couple couldn't keep their hands off each other as they put their arms around each other and kissed as they posed for photos.They were also joined by Gemma Owens and Luca Bish, who co-ordinated in all-black trouser-top combos and shared a kiss for the waiting cameras. Luca was also seen being embraced by family as they waited for him in the arrivals area at the airport.
Tasha Ghouri also had an emotional reunion with her parents and was seen jumping into her dad's arms after exiting the flight. She then posed for photos with partner Andrew, with the couple also sharing a kiss as they arrived back on home turf. Loved up couple Indiyah Polack and Dami Hope also held hands as they arrived through the gate.
