Love Island's Tasha and Andrew 'hardly saw' Laura Whitmore as they praise Maya Jama
Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page have praised Maya Jama, after it was announced that the presenter and DJ would host the next series of Love Island.The couple, who came fourth in this year's series of the popular ITV2 dating show, say Maya, 28, will make a great host.The former BBC Radio One DJ was announced as the new host earlier this week and has already received the backing of former host Laura Whitmore. Laura, 37, commented on Maya's Instagram post announcing the news, writing: "Yes girl!! So delighted for you! You’re gonna be fab”, followed by a heart emoji." And now the new host has also received the endorsement of two of this year's finalists as Andrew, 27, discussed this choice with the Mirror on the red carpet at the National Television Awards.
