And taking to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday 16 March, the 31 year old former reality star spoke openly and honestly about her mental health to her followers.

In the first image shared, Louise could be seen sitting outside a café wearing a camel coat with a white furry trim and matching wide leg trousers, gazing over baby Leo, who was captured sitting on his mum’s lap wrapped in a blanket whilst wearing a beanie.
