Louise Thompson has declared she's starting her "comeback" as she's returned to the gym following the traumatic birth of her baby boy Leo.The 31 year old is yet to detail the “serious complications” she had after her child's birth, but has previously told her 1.4million followers that she almost died twice. Since then, she's been fighting to get her "normal" life back as she's been struggling with anxiety while juggling parenthood with fiancé Ryan Libbey, also 31.
Now, Louise has taken to social media to share a short clip of herself in the gym, where she explained: "Hey guys, just wanted to do a little intro to say I'm back in the gym.This is the first time I've worked out in about four months, which is crazy. It's been spent recovering at home and in my head and it's been really challenging, but I'm pleased to say that I'm back." She added: "This is the beginning of my comeback I suppose." Several other videos showed the star performing different exercises. In the caption, Louise first explained that she had originally asked her business partner to write a caption, but found it didn't truly reflect the "magnitude" of what she's been through.
Taking the reigns, she instead told her followers: "My brain tells me not to do stuff all the time. It's telling me not to write this caption now.The anxiety is unbearable.
