Louise Thompson has said she is “ready to handle” her birth trauma after she almost died twice giving birth to her son Leo-Hunter.The former Made In Chelsea star’s comments came as she also celebrated a huge professional achievement and shared the news on Instagram. Posting pictures herself and her fiancé Ryan Libbey with their baby boy, Louise shared the exciting news that her brand Pocket Sport is in the display windows at a department store in London.
In the lengthy post, the 31 year old also confessed that her “new life is crazy” but she is doing her “best” to handle it. While Leo-Hunter was rushed to neonatal intensive care, Louise was placed in ICU.The little one thankfully made a quick recovery, but the star stayed in hospital for a month after experiencing “various serious complications” and being “very unwell”. She wrote on Instagram: “In all honesty I never imagined that so many bad things could happen to me, but to dance with death twice brings a whole new view of the world - a stark reminder of how short and sacred life really is.” But now Louise has been able to celebrate some good news with her gymwear and leggings brand.
