Danielle Harold may have bowed out of EastEnders four months ago, but she has told how she still feels a link to the soap - even after her character Lola Pearce's tragic death. EastEnders fans were left in tears by heartbreaking scenes of Lola's death from brain cancer which aired on 31 May, but Danielle, 31, has said she still feels like she hasn't left the soap.

Danielle added that it was particularly special to share her win with Jamie, joking: "I've already been asked to look after his award. Wife duties don't stop from beyond!" The actress also told how she had cried along with EastEnders fans while watching Lola's death, as she had been taking part in Celebrity Hunted at the time and was being hosted by strangers who wanted to watch the episode.
