Buckingham Palace has confirmed that The Queen will not attend this year's summer garden parties.The 96 year old will be represented by other members of the Royal Family at this year's parties, held on May 11, 18 and 25 in the gardens of Buckingham Palace. The monarch, who recently suffered a "security breach" as a man got past the Ministry of Defence just yards from Windsor Castle, will also skip the June 29th party at Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh.
