Dwayne Johnson takes on the role of a retired NFL player in HBO series Ballers.Created by Stephen Levinson (Entourage), the sports comedy drama follows Spencer Strasmore (Johnson) as he navigates his new career as a financial manager for other NFL players following his retirement from the sport.Other cast members include Rob Corddry, John David Washington, Omar Miller, Troy Garity, London Brown and Jazmyn Simon.The show first premiered on HBO in 2015 and concluded after five seasons in October 2019.Johnson first announced Ballers was ending in August 2019 on Instagram, ahead of the season five premiere.While HBO never explicitly stated the reason behind its cancellation, the show’s ratings had dropped significantly in its later seasons. Selome Hailu “Power Book III: Raising Kanan” has been renewed for its third season at Starz. Announced at the Television Critics Association 2022 summer press tour, the news comes ahead of the Aug. 14 debut of Season 2.“Raising Kanan,” the third series in the “Power” universe, it set in the early ‘90s and tells the origin story of Kanan Stark (MeKai Curtis) and his entry into the criminal world through his mother, Raquel (Patina Miller) who ruthlessly runs the family’s drug empire.

Starz has renewed Power Book III: Raising Kanan for a third season ahead of the show’s sophomore return on August 14. Production on Season 3 will begin this summer in New York.

Rafferty Law was recently snapped attending an event in London alongside his famous mum Sadie Frost. The 26 year old looked the spitting image of his Hollywood star father Jude, 49, as he posed for a series of photographs. Rafferty, who was recently linked to TOWIE star Frankie Sims, was supporting Sadie, 56, as she hosted an intimate lunch at Browns in London.

Regé-Jean Page, 31, broke the hearts of many ladies last week when he was seen showing off PDA with his girlfriend Emily Brown on the sidewalks of North London. The Bridgerton star and his lady love were bundled up on a snowy sidewalk as he wore a black coat and teal scarf and she wore a navy blue coat and dark green knit hat. They were embracing in a tight hug before they let go and he eventually went inside a chauffeur-driven car. Check out the pics HERE!
