Russell Brand is facing a lawsuit from an actress who alleges she was sexually assaulted by him on a US film set.The anonymous woman, known as Jane Doe in the New York State Supreme Court documents, claims the incident happened in July 2010 during the filming of Arthur. In her affidavit, Jane Doe says that Russell "appeared intoxicated, smelled of alcohol, and was carrying a bottle of vodka on set" before the alleged assault on July 7, 2010.

IMAX is continuing its expansion drive, this time in Australia and Germany via an agreement with Oz-based exhibitor EVT for five new state-of-the-art IMAX with Laser systems in the two markets. Under the deal, EVT will integrate a new IMAX screen in an Event Cinemas location in Sydney, as well as at four CineStar locations in Germany.

I sought medical help but was dismissed repeatedly.”Rose continued: “I put those emotions and exasperation into ‘Could You Help Me’.

Sonic Youth co-founder Thurston Moore has discussed his recent struggles with atrial fibrillation that led him to cancel his US book tour for the memoir Sonic Life.Speaking to The New York Times, Moore shared that he has been living with the condition for several years now, but the condition became “slightly concerning” this year. “I was finding myself at times to be so weak I could hardly walk around the neighborhood,” he said.Though Moore was initially convinced he “could just power through it” for his book tour, his doctor ordered him not to fly.

Blink-182 have released a heartfelt new single, ‘You Don’t Know What You’ve Got’.The track is the sixth and final single to be taken from their forthcoming album ‘One More Time’, which is out on Friday (October 20).
