Her lies become clear when she returns to collect her granddaughter Peggy. Lisa had been arrested for stealing money from Phil Mitchell, but it was Keanu Taylor who did it, not her.
However, Keanu has since confessed that it was him and that Lisa has been blackmailing him for money so he could see his daughter, Peggy. Phil has been looking after Peggy while Lisa has been away, and that leaves Lisa less than impressed when she returns. When she heads to Phil's house to collect the little one, she is greeted by Phil, Kat, Sharon and Keanu.They have spoken to Peggy's mum Louise who is living in Portugal with Lisa.That conversation with Phil's daughter leads to Lisa's downfall.
