Lauren Goodger has revealed she is back at work for the first time since the tragic death of her baby, Lorena, who died at birth. The former Towie star, 35, had taken some time out after her second daughter, Lorena, died in July after her birth, despite Lauren not having any complications throughout her pregnancy or labour. She revealed on Friday that she was getting back to work after taking a break for her mental health, writing alongside some glamorous selfies: ‘My first day back to work today shooting.
‘After taking a break for my mind after everything I’ve been through, I decided to find that fire & drive in me, slowly and bit by bit Lauren is coming back. ‘I [may] never be the same again but I’m adjusting to normal life and it feels good. ’Lauren also took to her story to share clips of her with numbing cream on her lips before having her lip filler topped up, showing her followers the final results.
The reality star had been through a difficult few months with the death of her daughter as well as her ex-boyfriend Jake McLean, who was killed in a car crash while on holiday. Lauren, who also shares one-year-old daughter Larose with ex Charles Drury, was also allegedly assaulted on the day of her baby’s funeral, reportedly causing her to suffer a fractured eye socket, requiring hospital treatment. She had opened up about her second daughter’s death in July, telling her followers: ‘She was the most beautiful healthy baby I’ve ever seen just like her sister @babylarose.
