The star shared that she’d been using the exercise ball and drinking a special tea after having a sweep earlier that day. Laura shared a mirror selfie from her living room as she wrote: “Hate this bloody ball & this tea tbh but I had a sweep today not something I thought I'd get but gave it a bash.” She added: “Thank you all for your messages just giving those interested a lil I update.
