Morgan Wallen has announced new tour dates just days after he canceled six weeks of shows after getting "bad news" from his doctor that he had injured his vocal cords. His canceled May and June dates for his "One Night at a Time" tour have been rescheduled to dates between Aug. 30, 2023, and June 7, 2024.

Sundance Film Festival announced dates for its 2024 event, both in terms of when the event will take place and when filmmakers can submit their projects. The in-person festival will take place from January 18 to January 28. Commemorating the 40th edition of the festival, it will be the first edition under the direction of Eugene Hernandez.

To correct the issue, Morgan was told to go on six weeks of vocal rest. In fact, the country superstar was told to refrain from speaking as much as possible. In all, 14 shows — from May 18 to June 17 — are being rescheduled.

Wallen had already recently canceled some dates, but returned to the road for three shows this past weekend, which he said felt ruinous and precipitated a return to the doctor. The dates will be postponed and rescheduled, the country star told fans in the glum video. “I got some bad news from my doctors at the Vanderbilt Voice Center yesterday, after taking 10 days of vocal rest,” Wallen said. “I performed three shows last weekend in Florida, and by the third one, I felt terrible. So I went in and got scoped yesterday and they told me that I re-injured my vocal chords and that I have vocal fold trauma. Their advice is that I go on vocal rest for six weeks. So that’s what I’m going to do.”

Sky Ferreira has confirmed a handful of live shows as part of a 2023 North American summer tour.The singer, who has not released a new album in a decade since 2013’s acclaimed ‘Night Time, My Time‘, will be playing new live shows in various cities throughout California this July as part of a mini concert series being put on by independent L.A. music promoter Minty Boi, billed as part of his fifth-anniversary celebration. On the heels of his recent Tame Impala collaboration, “No More Lies,” Thundercat has announced a summer/fall 2023 tour of North and South America. Suede have extended their ‘Autofiction’ tour due to “huge demand”.The band have announced several extra shows for December 2023 off the back of their sold-out tour that took place last month, during which they surprised fans in Manchester with a special setlist containing deep cuts from their debut self-titled album to celebrate its 30th anniversary.Suede will kick off the tour in Eastbourne before moving onto Lincoln, Portsmouth and Wolverhampton, and they will later sign off with two shows at London’s O2 Academy Brixton. One of the Brixton shows was postponed from March due to the venue’s closure following the incident at an Asake show in December 2022.Tickets will go on sale on Friday (April 28) at 9am.
