An emotional King Charles was seen fighting back tears as he resumed his public duties amid ongoing cancer treatment.
The King, accompanied by Queen Camilla, visited the University College Hospital Macmillan Cancer Centre in London today to meet with staff and patients.

As the newly appointed patron of Cancer Research UK, King Charles will also meet with the organisation's chief clinician, Professor Charlie Swanton, who is leading a project called TRACERx that focuses on lung and other cancers, reports the Mirror.
Aside from attending an Easter Sunday church service, the King has until now stayed away from public events. Buckingham Palace provided an update on Friday regarding the King's health and his anticipated return to public engagements.
