At the time, they begged the court to pause the legal proceedings and to let them sell the property on their own, promising to use the money to pay back Truist Bank, whose mortgage payments they had stopped paying in August amid major financial woes and a complicated split. The home was supposed to be auctioned off in early November — but, alas, their efforts worked and they’ve remained in the bougie pad ever since.
But now, months later with little progress, their bank is getting VERY impatient!

According to legal documents obtained by Page Six on Friday, Truist Bank insisted they have a “right” to continue with the foreclosure on the mansion after the exes “defaulted on their mortgage” — and they want the court to let them auction off the place ASAP so they can get their money back and move on!
Making their case, they claimed they “voluntarily” delayed the auction back in November, per the family’s request, but are frustrated that the Don’t Be Tardy leads haven’t been able to sell the place on their own. Remember, the market’s been so tough that they drastically dropped the price, too. Also, the financial institution acknowledged that the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and former NFL player are in the midst of a messy AF divorce, but argued it’s not enough to block their foreclosure rights.
