Killer Stephen hit with huge bombshell and Cassie lands a job in new Corrie spoilers

Cassie Plummer (Claire Sweeney) hasn't had an easy time of it since arriving in Weatherfield – but things are set to turn around as she lands herself a new job on Coronation Street on Friday.
Tyrone (Alan Halsall) offers Cassie a job at the garage after handing her £20 and asking her to buy something for tea. Cassie assures him she won't blow the money on booze and Tyrone heads off to the dentist while asking Evelyn to look after the girls.
But when he returns, there's no sign of Cassie. Evelyn warns him to expect the worst, however to her surprise, Cassie returns and is thrilled when Tyrone suggests her working at the garage answering phones – but Evelyn reckons her new venture has disaster written all over it.
Elsewhere, as a loved up Stephen Reid and Jenny head down the street, Jenny suggests they book a holiday and offers to pay. Tim spots them and warns Jenny that killer Stephen is not to be trusted.
Then he hits Stephen with a bombshell as he reveals Elaine's selling her flat and wants him out.
It's no surprise that Stephen is left furious and moans to Jenny about being made homeless.
The resident serial killer has been murdering for months, but he also went through a phase where he was drugging his boss, Carla, to make her think that she was having another psychotic episode. For several weeks, he was putting LSD in her tea while she was working at the factory, which led to paranoia and her seeing bright colours, but nobody suspected any foul play.
Eventually, Carla accepted the concerns coming from the people closest to her and went to a mental health unit to get better. Stephen's latest dilemma of homelessness comes as his web of lies continue to unravel, with viewers of the ITV soap thinking Peter Barlow will
