Kelly Brook has branded herself a "wholesome pin-up model" as she opens up about feeling confident in her 40s and her marriage to husband Jeremy Parisi. The model, 44, who shot to fame as a Page 3 girl in the early 2000s, has launched a new weight and wellness podcast, titled Life Gains, in collaboration with Big Narstie, where they will discuss their motivations and experiences from their own journeys.
At the launch of the new podcast, Kelly, who is an ambassador for SlimFast, opened up about her body image and how she isn't focusing on losing weight, as she simply wants to be the "best version" of herself instead. "I don't want to be a size zero.
I don't want to set myself unachievable goals. It's just about being the best version of myself now," the Heart Radio host told MailOnline.
Kelly continues to celebrate her figure each year with her annual calendar, which still fly off the shelves 23 years after her first ever photoshoot. Revealing why she thinks her calendars are still so popular, the 44 year old admitted: "I'm not a Love Island star! I don't want to be a threat! I want to be a wholesome pin-up girl.
It's women that buy my calendar not men." Kelly went on to say she's glad she doesn't have "body anxieties" anymore, and feels she's "completely different" now compared to when she started modelling in the nineties. Kelly's husband Jeremy Parisi is also hugely supportive of her and the pair focus on living a healthy and balanced lifestyle together.
The model admitted that her being "happy and confident" only leads to more sex for her and Jeremy, who she doesn't think notices if her weight "fluctuates".
