The mother of five reportedly propositioned both men on nights out, as Piers has penned an open letter to his troubled pal urging her to seek help for her 'embarrassing train-wreck' of a life.
Over the last year, Katie has been plagued with a string of bad luck and endless scandals which has reached breaking point for Piers.
Piers opened the letter, writing: "I don’t know what’s going on with you, but as your friend for 20 years, I can’t bite my tongue any more about the way your chaotic life is going."
The former Good Morning Britain presenter didn't hold back as he penned his letter to Katie, published in The Sun, Piers writes: "I remember you stumbling towards me at Simon Cowell ’s 50th birthday party, where you’d morphed into full-on Jordan as the night wore on, and expressing your indignant rage that the birthday boy had just declined your offer of a risqué sexual gift.
"I remember bumping into you at the National TV Awards and asking if you were intoxicated. 'I'm not drunk yet,' you laughed, 'but I will be soon and when I am, watch out Morgan!' Then you explained exactly what you would do to me, which I'm afraid is not repeatable in a family newspaper!"
Concerned for his ex pal, the straight talking presenter lists off all of Katie's scandals from the last three years - her failed relationships, drunk driving crash and her many, many surgeries.
He adds the front page favourite used to be his favourite celebrity, because of her honesty and candid nature - but says he is now very concerned for her.
