Katie Price has pled not guilty in court today as she faces allegations of harassing her ex-husband Kieran Hayler’s fiancée through breaching her restraining order.
The former glamour model appeared at Crawley Magistrates this morning where she denied the charge of harassment and breach of her restraining order, writes The Mirror.
Katie's ex husband Kieran's partner Michelle was granted a five-year restraining order against the 43-year-old in June 2019, where she was forbidden from contacting Michelle directly or indirectly.
It came after Horsham Magistrates’ heard that the mum-of-five launched a tirade at Michelle during a row on the school run in September 2018.
Katie arrived at Crawley Magistrates’ this morning, wearing her engagement ring from Carl Woods, and dressed in a green top and gilet.
The hearing was going to happen on April 12, but Sussex Police confirmed it had been pushed back until today.
In March, the force said in a statement: “On Friday, January 21, officers arrested a woman on suspicion of breaching a restraining order.
“Katie Price, 43, has since been charged with harassment — breach of a restraining order.”
Kieran’s partner Michelle was granted a five-year restraining order against Katie in 2019.
It came after Horsham JPs were told the reality star and author launched a foul-mouthed tirade at her Kieran’s new partner outside a primary school.
The restraining order was made after Katie - who shot to fame as a teen model under the name Jordan - pleaded guilty in June 2019 to using threatening and abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment.
In September 2018, Katie was reported to have approached Michelle, at the school gates while she was speaking to another parent.
