Holly Willoughby has made a dig at her former ITV colleague Piers Morgan ahead of the launch of his new show this evening. The 57-year-old journalist famously stormed off Good Morning Britain live on air after having an argument with weatherman Alex Beresford about Meghan Markle. Piers then quit the breakfast show after he refused to apologise for the incident.
