Kate Garraway shares 'nerves' amid countdown over emotional project and fans rush to support

Kate Garraway has shared her 'nerves' about her next project as fans rushed to support her. The Good Morning Britain presenter is counting down to the release of her next book.
The Strength of Love by Kate Garraway is set to explore the "impact of trauma as well as the importance of resilience, adaptability, curiosity and positivity when recovering from it." It comes after Kate herself has had to learn how to adapt ever since her husband Derek started his fight against the devastating effects contracting Covid in March 2020 has left on his body.
On Friday (September 8), Kate shared an update on the release of her book with just days to go. She could be seen in a video posted to her Instagram and Twitter pages. It showed her taking a moment away from recording the audio version of her new written project.

"Well this is a moment," she said in the clip as she sat in the recording studio. "I'm recording the audiobook of The Strength of Love. Hopefully not finding too many mistakes along the way, but I really hope you enjoy it, whether you buy it or you listen to it."
She added: "It's been quite challenging for me to write in lots of ways... But I hope there's something in there to help you deal with all the challenges you're facing up to in life."
Alongside the post on Instagram, Kate typed: "Can’t quite believe it’s only 6 days until I get to share my new book #strengthoflove with you. It’s been emotional writing it , I really hope it helps you with whatever challenges you are going through . #love #lifelessons .
