Kate Garraway has spoken of her fears that she may have been 'a bit too honest' in her new book, which explores the impact of trauma. The Good Morning Britain host has released The Strength of Love, which also focuses on the 'importance of resilience, adaptability, curiosity and positivity when recovering from it'
