Jussie Smollett Makes Rare Appearance in Public, One Day After Lawsuit Was Thrown Out

Jussie Smollett wears a face mask while stepping out for a smoothie run on Friday afternoon (April 24) in Hollywood.
The 37-year-old former Empire actor was joined by a friend while making a quick run to Jamba Juice.
Jussie has rarely been seen in public after his incident in January 2019, when he alleged that he was assaulted outside of his Chicago apartment. Police later claimed that he had staged the attack, though he still maintains his innocence.
