Joe Wickes praised for his honesty as he tells fans he's 'getting his s**t together'

Fitness guru Joe Wicks has been praised by fans for his honesty after sharing an update on social media. The Body Coach has admitted to turning to food for comfort and but has decided to take control of the situation to stop the 'cycle.'
Updating his fans on Instagram, he wrote: "I feel like I’ve not stopped eating for the past 3 weeks. I've basically been eating my emotions.
"Feeling stressed and just hitting self destruct every day and eating everything in sight. Eating loads of Ultra Processed foods thinking it will make me feel better but it doesn't.

"Just makes me feel...sluggish. Bloated. Moody. An the cycle continues. I'm putting this out there because maybe you have been feeling the same.
"Today I'm getting my s**t together and get back to basics. I'm gonna plan some recipes and get meal prepping.
"Get back to basics. The things which keep me on track."
The 38-year-old's popularity grew at the height of the pandemic after he began encouraging families to keep their bodies and minds healthy and active with his online PE and exercise routines. He has also released healthy diet and cookbooks. Joe also recently opened up about his 'unstable and dysfunctional' childhood but has always been keen to defend his parents and said he wouldn't have changed it.
