Joe Sugg has broken his silence after Bobby Brazier "tried to kiss" his girlfriend Dianne Buswell during Satuday night's Strictly Come Dancing. During the live show, the EastEnders actor, 20, appeared to lean in for a real smooch following the pair's Argentine Tango, but fans reckon that Dianne, 34, "pulled away." Joe, who has been dating Dianne since they were paired together on Strictly back in 2018, appeared unbothered by the near-kiss and has continued to show his support for the pair.
Sharing a clip of their Bobby and Dianne's dance to his Instagram, Joe wrote: "Wow Amazing!! Well done you two @diannebuswell @bobbybrazier. LOVED IT." During Saturday night's live show fans were convinced that Bobby had gone in for a kiss following the dance number, with many sharing their thoughts on X, formerly Twitter.
One wrote: "Not that it means anything bc i know Dianne is happy with Joe but i'm 99% Bobby went in for a kiss after that dance... got a bit caught up in the moment I think." "Whoa hold on a minute !!! Did we just see a full-blown kiss at the end of Bobby and Diane's dance I'm sure we did !!" added another, while a third quipped:"Cutting it dangerously close to a curse there I thought they kissed for a sec." And fourth viewer asked: "Did Bobby and Diane just kiss or we're they just very close together?" Following the routine the judges shared their thoughts on the soap star's dance moves, with Craig Revel Horwood admitting he felt the routine was "too aggressive" and complaining that Bobby wasn't leading.
Motsi Mabuse had a more positive response, saying she could see the actor had intention and was strong on the dance floor.
They scored 30 out of 40 points for their performance. The near-kiss comes after an insider
