Jill Wagner has responded to the news that Mystery 101 has been cancelled at Hallmark.
The 44-year-old actress played Professor Amy Winslow, opposite Kristoffer Polaha‘s Det. Travis Burke, in the seven-movie mystery franchise.
Earlier this week, a Hallmark Channel network rep had replied to a fan on social media who wondered about the future of the movies, and it was there that they delivered the bad news.
Jill took to social media shortly after and shared her gratefulness to the fans for their support of the franchise.

Sharing a slideshow of cute behind-the-scenes pics from Mystery 101, Jill started her post with a thank you to Kristoffer.
“The End. @polahaha thank you for being such a good friend and partner in this amazing ride. I’m proud of what we created buddy.”
Jill then added a shout out to Robin Thomas Grossman, who played her dad, Graham Winslow.
“@robinthomasactor you made being your daughter easy. Thank you for lending your talents to our show. To @prestonvanderslice, the best robin to my Batman! To all the crews over the years … the show was built on your backs!”
Jill also shared how she thought the story would have ended, despite that cliffhanger, where it was revealed that after their I Love You declarations, 11 months later she was engaged to another man.
“And to the fans ….. just so you know in my mind, Amy and Travis get married and go on a super long honeymoon to Fiji!!
