An aggressive form of breast cancer has unusual symptoms most women fail to notice, researchers have suggested.

Scots comedian Janey Godley has listed common ovarian cancer symptoms in the hopes of saving the lives of others.
The 61-year-old took to social media to highlight some of the common signs of the disease following her own battle with cancer after she was diagnosed last year.
Last Christmas, Janey found out that she had ovarian cancer after experiencing some symptoms of bloating and frequent urination. In January, she underwent a hysterectomy but was told she would need to undergo further treatment as her cancer had progressed to stage 3b.
After undergoing chemotherapy, the comedian was told that she had the all clear, but has been determined to spread the word on looking out for the signs.
On Twitter, Janey wrote: "Just a quick reminder of common ovarian cancer symptoms - feeling constantly bloated, a swollen tummy, discomfort in your tummy or pelvic area, feeling full quickly when eating, needing to pee more often than usual. Get checked soon, a tweet like this saved my life."
Many of her followers commented on the post thanking her for raising awareness. One wrote: "Amazing Janey keep pushing the word out, the more we normalise conversations like this, the quicker women will be comfortable to speak to GPs and nurses about their symptoms."
Another wrote: "We lost Mum to Ovarian cancer in November… she’d had all these symptoms for about 18 months, and just didn’t realise… so important as women we keep sharing and not (or allowing others) to attribute possible symptoms to something else. Know our own bodies and trust our instincts."
