James Corden made headlines last week when it was revealed he'd got himself banned from a restaurant in New York.
Following an argument about eggs, the Gavin and Stacey star was apparently accused of "yelling like crazy" at a waiter in the chain restaurant Balthazar.
In a post on Instagram, owner Keith McNally said the waiter was "shaken" when James claimed he "couldn't do his job", after the star found pieces of egg white in an egg yolk omelette he'd ordered.
After apologising profusely, he was reportedly unbanned and even addressed it on last night's Late Late Show - but it's not the first time James has been involved in an awkward argument in public, writes the Mirror.
The talk show host was once involved in a public spat with Sir Patrick Stewart during an awards ceremony.
The trouble began when James was hosting the Glamour Women of the Year event in front of many huge names in showbiz including Cheryl Cole and Billie Piper.
And when the iconic actor Sir Patrick took his place on stage to present an award, he took several swipes at James Corden - including one about his weight.
He began to criticise James's hosting techniques as he presented the gong for Film Actress of the Year. "I want to speak to James here, it is James isn't it?" he began, which got a laugh from the audience.
He then accused the comedy star of standing at the back of the stage with his hands in his pocket looking like 'he wished he could be anywhere but here' when winners came up to collect their gongs.
"Oh you couldn't be more wrong sir, you couldn't be more wrong," a clearly offended James hit back before he continued: "But when you come up and present an award, just f***ing get on with it."
Things got even more awkward when Sir Patrick got personal
