James Corden has put his luxury LA mansion on the market, as the actor prepares to move back to the UK with his family.
The Late, Late Show host confirmed his departure from the CBS show after seven years back in April, as he never saw it as a permeant gig and didn't "want this show to overstay it’s welcome".
Despite this, he admitted that his move to leave the show is "one of the hardest decisions" he's ever made, with The show set to run until this spring. While he does not have an official departure date, Corden has already put plans into motion to sell off his huge five-bedroom mansion in the US.
Two real estate brokers have been spotted at the property, with an estimated value of $10 million, reports Wales Online. Alicia Drake was seen departing the Brentwood, Los Angeles house alongside Million Dollar Listing LA star James Harris and an unidentified woman on Thursday.
Drake confirmed that the house is for sale, saying: "It won’t be listed – it’s a private sale." Harris insisted he was at the property for a "social thing", claiming that his wife Valeria and Corden's wife Julia are close friends.
Corden bought the 8,600 square-foot building for $9.7 million (£8.58 million) in December 2017, having previously lived in a rented Pacific Palisades mansion with Julia and their three children, Carey, Charlotte and Max.
It has a media room and private gym while the property is furnished with a wood-panelled library, seven bathrooms and a large swimming pool in the back garden.
