Meredith Woerner Deputy Editor, Variety.com Jacob Elordi will host “Saturday Night Live” on Jan. 290 with Reneé Rapp as his musical guest. Elordi is currently starring in the Amazon film “Saltburn” and in the A24 feature “Priscilla” where he played American legend Elvis.
The actor is also known for his work on in the HBO series “Euphoria” where he played Nate Jacobs and also for his previous work at the love interest in the Netflix films, “The Kissing Booth.” Both of Elordi’s roles in “Saltburn” and “Priscilla” have created a buzz on the awards circuit with the actor recently participating in Variety’s Actors on Actors with Colman Domingo. Rapp is a singer-songwriter and actor who just released an album, “Snow Angel.” She is also the star of the upcoming “Mean Girl” musical adaptation where she will be playing Regina George. Rapp found a large following on fans for her work on the HBO series “The Sex Lives of College Girls,” and thanks to her candid and impromptu performances via her personal TikTok account.
This season of “Saturday Night Live” has so far had Emma Stone, Jason Momoa, Pete Davidson, Bad Bunny, Nate Bargatze and Timothee Chalamet as hosts, plus Ice Spice, the Foo Fighters and Boygenius as musical guests.
